the location was magnificent and the staff was very pleasant and consistently courteous during the whole stay! i had silent, updated room with a fridge, a microwave oven, and an air conditioning.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the place. It was clean, breakfast was nice hot and superb. Incredibly nice and very courteous staff, they helped us a lot. The location was particularly good and handy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

Comfortable bed, functional room with a view of inner courtyard. Had a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment and ironing facilities. Location next to close to eating, good restaurants & shopping, and Airport.

Repairs needed for the air conditioning units!!! It's unacceptable to encounter problems with clogged drains!!! A more secure parking lot would also be a smart improvement, given the frequent vehicle break-ins reported by others!!!

Everything was great. Had dinner the evening we arrived, and breakfast the morning we left for free. Saved the cost of 2 meals times 2 people. The bed were made with no full bedspread - just a throw at the end of the bed. The blanket was completely covered with a clean sheet. Much better. Don't like sleeping with a blanket used by who knows how many people before us (never know how often blankets are washed).

The cigarette smoke smell on the 4th floor. They have smoking and non- smoking room on the 4th floor - not good. Could still smell the smoke in our room.

The service was helpful with an easy check-in. On the plus side, there was parking nearby.

i stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised. the staff was super friendly, and my room felt clean and comfortable. overall, ashmore inn and suites really exceeded my expectations on this date night compared to my previous stay in amarillo.

the hot tub was out of service

The breakfast offered boiled eggs that were so fresh they could've danced! Plus, the comfortable beds and clean rooms were a cozy delight. The location is ideal, close to Rancho Viejo and Kiva Hotel, there's no shortage of tasty eats nearby.

Our first room had a broken shower/tub faucet, so no splash time! After moving to a second room with a funky odor and a TV that ghosted us, we couldn't help but smile. I mean, they've always been a favorite, and the staff was super helpful! Just a little bump, y'know?

The location was excellent. The staff were attentive and efficient in providing assistance, which enhanced my overall experience. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which, while simple, provided a good start to my mornings with coffee and a variety of options.

The bathroom cleanliness was below expectations.

My stay at Ashmore Inn was enjoyable, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location near gas and grocery made it convenient. the air conditioning struggled at times. a solid choice for passing through Amarillo with family.

spacious room but some issues

The room had a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge. It was clean and decently spacious. The indoor pool was sadly humid. Breakfast had a variety, like scrambled eggs and fruit, but ran out too quickly. A decent place, but the bathroom needed better water pressure.
